Project Coordinator-Software Implementation

Sprocket Solutions, LLC, a leading implementer of Cloud ERP software, is seeking a dynamic Project Coordinator. The Project Coordinator provides assistance to Project Managers and maintains all administrative functions related to project management including but not limited to; project tracking, time tracking, issue escalation and scheduling. 

Essential duties and responsibilities including but not limited to the following:

  • Assists Project Manager and other departments with administrative needs and tasks as required and assigned
  • Coordinates, schedules and attends all required customer project update meetings
  • Responsible for gathering all project related contracts and paperwork 
  • Responsible for collecting time sheets, ensuring accuracy and reporting any discrepancies
  • Utilizes Sprocket’s business systems to accurately track project schedules, notes and time sheets 
  • Assists customers with low level project related questions 
  • Coordinates sub-contractor activities
  • Ensures all required customer paperwork and documentation is in order
  • Maintains office supply inventory 
  • Maintains positive relationships with all levels of staff 
  • Perform a wide variety of administrative duties as required by daily operations in the local office, including answering telephones, data entry, filing, creating reports

Fluency in Microsoft Office products including; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or PSA software a plus
Highly detailed organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
